I don’t leave many reviews but felt compelled to. I had a GREAT experience with James (owner) and his company, He quickly replied to my request and got back to me with a quote very quickly. I like the easy communication by text. He kept me informed through the multi day process of stripping then restaining and sealing process of my deck. I can’t recall his name but also his employee that did the work was great. Very personable and dog friendly too! Bottom line I’m very pleased with the final product and happy I came across this company. Highly recommend!!!

I had my 3 story townhouse, windows, awning, and deck furniture soft washed. The guys did an amazing job! They were polite and after introductions and confirmation of the work to be done, they got right to it. The fees charged I found to be reasonable and will be using them going forward. We moved to Richmond just over three years ago and I have tried another competitor window cleaning company three different times and they never improved and I was so disappointed with them. I tried Alpha for exterior window cleaning and the difference is night and day! They were on time, courteous, but most importantly did an absolutely fantastic job compared to the other company! Also, they were about half the price of the other company. I just did outside to test them out, but will definitely have them do both inside and outside next time, as well as we have some power washing needs.
